Low-temperature Guar Gum Enzyme Breaker (Liquid)

Liquid enzyme breaker for guar gum water-based fracturing fluid, working range 5–45 °C: 90% viscosity reduction within 20 minutes. Supplied as a made-to-order grade.

This liquid enzyme preparation breaks down guar gum in water-based fracturing fluid, and is intended for low-temperature work where the fluid has to be broken in surface tanks or mud pits. Under the activity evaluation conditions (guar gum fracturing fluid per SY/T 5107-2005, system temperature 20 °C, enzyme dosage 0.125‰ v/v) it reduces system viscosity by 90% within 20 minutes, and its working range is 5–45 °C. It is a ready-to-use liquid, so no dissolution step is needed on site. Because it is made to order rather than held in stock, please allow at least 10 working days before the required delivery date when you enquire.

Applications

  • Frac fluid break and viscosity reduction in surface tanks and mud pits
  • Low-temperature work where the fluid cools before treatment
  • Offshore or cold-climate operations
  • Produced-water and flowline cleanup after fracturing
