Every quotation is issued with the documentation needed for import, storage and your own technical file.
Tell us the destination country and we will confirm which certificates and assessments apply to that product. Documentation marked On request is issued against a specific product and destination — we confirm it in writing in the quotation rather than listing it as a general claim.

Qualification documents on file
A selection of the qualification and patent documents held by the company, shown as issued (Chinese originals). Certificate numbers, scope and validity dates are provided in writing on request, together with an English summary of each document.
Product claims
How we describe our products
Our products are positioned as biological treatments that reduce odour and improve biodegradation. We do not publish sterilisation or disinfection efficacy claims, and we do not publish test figures that have not been confirmed by the issuing laboratory. If a buyer needs a specific efficacy figure, we will run or commission the test and report the result as measured.
